Inquiries and proposals

This website introduces R2R Marketing’s services. Sending an inquiry does not book work, create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Prices are starting prices, not a final quote. Before work begins, we agree in writing on deliverables, exclusions, cost, payment milestones, revisions and the schedule. If a signed project agreement differs from this overview, that agreement controls the project.

Payment and third-party costs

Unless your written proposal states otherwise, one-time projects require 50% to start and 50% before final handover or launch. Small updates are paid before work begins; monthly work is paid one month in advance. Applicable taxes are identified in your quote or invoice. This site does not collect card details or take payments.

Domains and annual domain renewals, hosting, paid software, plugins, advertising spend and payment processing are separate unless expressly included. We disclose applicable third-party costs before approval. No paid tool purchase or subscription is authorized by an inquiry.

Your content, accounts and feedback

You provide accurate business information and content you have permission to use, along with timely feedback. You retain control of your own domain and business accounts. Access is arranged through appropriate permission tools, not by posting passwords in this form. Delays in content, access or feedback may move the schedule.

Revisions and scope changes

Included revision rounds and the work they cover are specified in your proposal. A revision adjusts agreed deliverables; a new page, feature, direction or extra batch may change the scope. Added work is priced and approved before it begins. Work outside the written scope is not automatically included.

Monthly services and cancellation

Monthly plans are month-to-month unless a different term is agreed in writing. Notify us before the next billing period to stop future work and billing. No new monthly charge is made after we acknowledge cancellation. Included update time does not roll over unless your proposal says otherwise.

If a one-time project is canceled, we itemize completed work and any approved, committed third-party costs. Any unused amount is returned. Non-refundable third-party costs are identified before they are committed. A project agreement may set a different agreed cancellation process.

Handover, tools and results

Final approved deliverables are handed over after the agreed payment is complete. You retain your supplied content; third-party fonts, stock assets, software and platforms remain subject to their licenses. The proposal identifies any ongoing dependencies.

We cannot guarantee sales, revenue, search ranking, audience growth, marketplace approvals or a specific amount of time saved. Automation work uses agreed tools and permissions, with your approval for actions that require judgment. We do not promise around-the-clock support or unlimited updates.

The holiday hero image is an AI-created illustration of a shop atmosphere. It does not depict a client project or promise specific business results. R2R Marketing services are separate from purchases made through the Rags2Riches boutique; retail purchases follow that store’s policies.
