What you share with us

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, business name, business type, service interest and message. We use these details to respond to your request, assess the work and prepare a proposal. Please do not include passwords, payment information, customer lists or other sensitive information in your inquiry.

How inquiries are handled

Your message is stored privately in our Cloudflare-hosted database and sent to our business Gmail inbox as an email notification. Cloudflare provides site hosting, request security and email delivery. Google provides our email inbox. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell inquiry information or use this form to enroll you in marketing.

Technical information and cookies

Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP addresses and request details to operate and protect the website. Our form uses a signed, short-lived security token and temporary rate-limit records to reduce automated submissions. We do not store full IP addresses in the inquiry database. We use a daily security hash for abuse prevention.

This version does not add advertising pixels, third-party analytics, newsletter tracking, or marketing cookies. The form does not require a tracking cookie. Cloudflare may process technical security data as part of hosting. We do not embed social feeds or third-party videos.

Retention and access

Database copies of inquiries are removed after 90 days by scheduled cleanup. Temporary form-security records expire within 48 hours. Email correspondence may be kept while we discuss or provide services and for appropriate business recordkeeping. If we enter a project agreement, that agreement will describe any additional information needed for the work.

Access to the inquiry database is limited to authorized Cloudflare account access; no public list of messages is available. We use HTTPS for this site and avoid collecting information that is unnecessary for an inquiry.

Your choices

You can contact us by email instead of using the form. You may ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry information by emailing the address above. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information and may retain records where needed to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
